Shipping and Returns


All orders will be packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from date of purchase and will be shipped by Australia Post. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. 

Domestic (Australia)
Options for Express Postage (A$12.55) and Standard Tracked Postage (A$9.55) are available for all orders within Australia. Do note that processing times prior to dispatch are the same for both options.

If you live in Perth and would like to do a self pick-up from Balcatta, feel free to drop an email to helloringythings@gmail.com after placing your order.

New Zealand
Orders heading to New Zealand will ship by Standard Tracked Postage at A$18.20.

Rest of the world
International orders (apart from New Zealand) will ship by Tracked International Postage at A$21. Option for postage inclusive of signature upon delivery is also available at A$26.50 if preferred. Do note that greater delays may occur due to COVID.

Combining Postage Fees
If you have more than one open order with us that have not been dispatched, we will be happy to combine postage fees for your pending orders. Simply add to your order notes to let us know which orders you would like to combine, or drop us an email at helloringythings@gmail.com with your order numbers.

Refunds and Exchanges
Ringy Things does not offer refunds or exchanges once payment has been made. In the event that the wrong items are delivered due to human error, send us your order number with a picture of the items received to: helloringythings@gmail.com 

Missing Packages
All local and international packages are sent by Australia Post with tracking and are unlikely to go missing. Ringy Things cannot be held responsible should parcels do go missing but we will be glad to do everything we can to contact Australia Post on your behalf to resolve the matter.
