Custom Orders?

Our custom orders are currently closed. We may reopen a few slots in future and will announce it on our Instagram page if we do, so stay tuned!

Reservations? Backorders?

All Ringy Things products are handmade in small batches. We do not take in reservations, so as to ensure fairness to all customers. We do not offer backorders once items are sold out. However, we do sometimes revisit past collections unless otherwise stated.

Change of mind?

Decide before making your purchase! We do not offer exchanges or refunds once payment has been made.

Pieces do not match, why is that?

All our products are slow made by hand. As much as we try our best to make pairs look as identical as possible, slight imperfections are bound to exist. Only purchase if you are comfortable with this.
